Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the PIZZI service. By creating an account or using PIZZI, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and PIZZI. If you do not agree, do not use PIZZI. If you use PIZZI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
  • You must reside in, and be physically located in, a region where PIZZI is offered. The current list of eligible regions is published in the app and at pizzi.app/eligible-regions and may change from time to time.
  • You must not be on any government sanctions or restricted-party list.
  • You may only hold one PIZZI account at a time. We may use identity, device, address, payment, and behavioral signals to enforce this.
  • Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and members of the same household as the operator of PIZZI are not eligible to enter draws or claim prizes.

Where required by applicable law, you must successfully complete identity verification (KYC), age verification, and address verification before you can submit a prediction or, at the latest, before a prize can be paid out.

We may decline service, restrict access, or close accounts at our reasonable discretion if eligibility cannot be verified, or if a regulator, payment partner, or law enforcement authority requires it.

Void where prohibited. PIZZI is not offered, and no prediction may be submitted or prize claimed, in any jurisdiction in which it would be unlawful.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
  • You must provide accurate, current information and update it when it changes.
  • You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • Accounts are personal. You must not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your account.

4. The game (“Pick 7”)

PIZZI operates a free-to-play prediction game called Pick 7. To participate in a draw:

  1. You select seven (7) numbers from the available range.
  2. You submit your prediction before the cutoff displayed for that draw.
  3. At the scheduled draw time, the winning numbers are revealed live.
  4. If your selection matches all seven winning numbers, you win the prize associated with that draw, subject to these Terms.

Specific draw mechanics (number range, number of winners, prize amount, schedule, and any other rules) are displayed in the app and may change between draws. The version of the rules shown at the time you submit a prediction is the one that governs that prediction.

5. No purchase necessary; odds disclosure

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. PIZZI is free to play and does not require you to pay anything to submit a prediction or claim a prize. Whether or not the game is classified as “gambling” in any particular jurisdiction is determined by that jurisdiction’s law; we offer the game only in regions where it is lawful as a free-to-enter prediction game and only on the terms set out here.

Odds. Each draw discloses the number range, the number of selections required, and the resulting odds of matching all required numbers before you submit a prediction. Odds depend on the rules of the specific draw and do not depend on the number of other entrants.

6. Prizes, payouts, and taxes

  • Prize details for each draw — including the prize, the payout method, the prize-claim window, any minimum thresholds, and any jurisdiction-specific limits — are shown in the app before you submit a prediction and form part of these Terms for that draw.
  • Prizes may be credited first to your in-app balance and are subject to identity verification (KYC), age verification, address verification, anti-fraud review, sanctions screening, and any other check required by applicable law before they can be paid out.
  • Payout requests are reviewed by our team and processed using the methods made available in your region. Processing times depend on the payout method, your verification status, and any regulatory holds.
  • Tax responsibility. You are responsible for any taxes you owe in connection with prizes you receive. Where required by law (for example, prize values that meet U.S. Internal Revenue Service thresholds), we may need to collect a tax form (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN) and a tax identifier from you, report the payout to the relevant tax authority, and withhold taxes from the payout. We cannot pay a reportable prize without the required tax information.
  • We may delay or refuse a payout while investigating suspected fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, ineligibility, sanctions concerns, or violation of these Terms.
  • Prize-claim window. Unless a longer period is specified in the rules of a particular draw, you must complete all required verification and submit a valid payout request within ninety (90) days of the date a prize is credited to your account. Prizes that are not validly claimed within the applicable window are forfeited.
  • Prizes are personal to the winner and cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred to anyone else.

6a. Responsible play and self-exclusion

PIZZI is meant to be entertainment. We want it to stay that way for you.

  • You can review your activity at any time from the Profile page.
  • You can set per-day or per-week limits on the number of draws you enter from your account settings.
  • Self-exclusion. You can self-exclude from PIZZI at any time from your account settings. When you self-exclude:
    • your account is closed for the period you select (and at minimum the period required by applicable law);
    • we will not accept new predictions from you and will not market PIZZI to you during that period;
    • we use identity, device, and address signals to refuse new accounts that we reasonably believe belong to a self-excluded person.
  • If you ever feel that you need help with gambling-related behavior, please reach out to a support service in your country (for example, GamCare in the UK at gamcare.org.uk, or the U.S. National Council on Problem Gambling at ncpgambling.org).

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Create more than one account, or create an account on behalf of another person without their permission.
  • Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated tooling to interact with PIZZI.
  • Manipulate or attempt to manipulate the outcome of any draw.
  • Access or use accounts that are not yours, or attempt to bypass authentication.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of PIZZI except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities without our prior written authorization, except via our coordinated disclosure process.
  • Violate any applicable law, infringe anyone’s rights, or use PIZZI for fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose.

We use automated and manual systems to detect abuse, including device fingerprints, CAPTCHA, IP reputation, and behavioral analysis. Violations may result in suspension, account termination, forfeiture of unpaid winnings, and referral to law enforcement.

8. Intellectual property

PIZZI and all content we provide (software, design, text, graphics, logos, sounds) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PIZZI for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit to PIZZI (for example, a username, avatar URL, or support message). By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it as needed to operate and improve the service.

9. Third-party services

PIZZI integrates with third parties such as Google Sign-In, Google reCAPTCHA, and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

10. Service availability and changes

We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of PIZZI for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons. We will give reasonable notice where practical.

11. Termination and account deletion

You can stop using PIZZI at any time. You can delete your account from the Profile page when signed in, or from our public account deletion page.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law, if your account presents a security or fraud risk, or if it is required by law. Where permitted, we will give you notice. After termination, sections that by their nature should survive (for example, intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIZZI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will PIZZI, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of PIZZI. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of PIZZI will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (which, for free use, is zero) or USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PIZZI and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of PIZZI; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of PIZZI is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of PIZZI after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
